We are a father / son consulting and mediation service for the chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. We have many years of combined experience in legal and technical issues.

Howard Rudge, principle and owner, is the former Chief Counsel for DuPont de Nemours, Inc. Howard has forty years of experience at DuPont, where he worked in intellectual property, antitrust, tax (including international), litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Howard has made his mark outside of DuPont by demonstrating "convergence", whereby contracts with hundreds of outside legal concerns were consolidated into tens, and through work in the field of tort reform.

Scott Rudge is a chemical engineer who has worked for a number of start-up pharmaceutical companies. Scott has achieved his success through expert knowledge of chemical separations.
