Baseball Arbitration

Rudge Mediation and Consulting specializes in "Baseball Arbitration".  If you contact us and indicate that you are willing to settle a dispute for an amount that you specify, we will contact the other party and, without disclosing your settlement offer, we will ask them to make their best offer for settlement.  If the offers are within 10% of each other, we will agree to mediate the difference.  Each party will get one hour to argue the merits of their offer.  After the presentations, we will endorse one offer.  We will not write an opinion, and there will be no options to appeal the endorsement.
